With a great and long-standing interest in Asian "interpretations of being" he was initially focused on developing countries, until some wonderful and heart-to-heart exchanges in Asia helped him to realise that one doesn't have to go elsewhere to learn or to assist others and that for him it was better to work in the home country. In Europe he worked with several development aid organisations. Klaus ran some of the first wellbeing related programs in the former East Germany after the wall opened in 1990. He was also instrumental in establishing some of Europe 's first winter wellness and Eco holidays for organisations and the public. These programs combine the innovative 'Inner Skiing' method with body-mind awareness and eco tourism concepts. Lotus Heart works, if required, in association with a number of close associates for the provision of selected elements of the Wellbeing Workshops or for extended, customised programs. |
