Programs OfferedWellbeing workshops combine gentle physical exercises, relaxation & uniquely facilitating a greater and deeper connection to the heart ... and inspired by the image & greater meaning given to the lotus symbol in our region. Programs focus on energy-balancing and energy-increasing and on achieving a greater mind-heart balance. The workshop's main aim is to deepen our connection to our inner centre, to our inner calm and heart-feeling of connectedness both, to ourself and to others. While this may sound aloof or esoteric, most staff, managers and decision makers would agree, that a person that is open, calm and has an inner connection to what is occurring on the outside will find it easier to be at work, to embrace change, to be a more effective team player at work and at home. This is achievable with the use of the heart, the non-physical Heart ... opening the doors to new ways of relating and to relate with more understanding and care to others. Often care and understanding are expected in accordance with the limitation of a line management structure. If an organisation can generate greater care, support, more 'heart' and understanding in the form of a web, where everyone is supporting everyone, clients or customers included, then all interactions can become more positive, productive and helpful. Lotus Heart's workshop content is based on a range of well-established ancient and contemporary health-promoting disciplines such as yoga, shiatsu, stretching, acupressure, reiki, autogenic training, etc. for better life balance, stress management & inner harmony ... and on our understanding, learning and use of the heart.
